LIFT Lifestyle is a three month nutrition program for current LIFT/TCS athletes or anyone with access to a computer with some shit hot goals. For three months you will create new habits that revolve around daily decisions concerning food and sleep. Changing the way you think about what you are putting in your mouth takes time. We focus on your bedtime routine, eating schedule, pre and post workout nutrition, and overall health to fit your lifestyle. You won't be giving up everything you love!
